Amend 2018 return

I used Turbo Tax to file my 2019 return. I want to amend my 2018 return using Turbo Tax but I did not use Turbo Tax to file 2018 return. Am I able to use Turbo Tax account to amend?

You have to buy the 2018 program and create your original return on TurboTax.
