5 Days Early

I paid 25 to receive refund 5 days early and selected to have my fees taken out of my refund. I know it the past if you had your fees taken out of your refund it was sent to Sbtpg but now I'm hearing it's sent to Cross River Bank if you selected the 5 days early, is this true and if so is there a way to track your refund like you can on the Sbtpg site?

I think it's funny Turbotax did not prepare or equip any of it's employees with the knowledge of where our money went if we chose the 5 Days Early 25$ option! Do better next year please Turbotax!! Also, Sbtpg offers the same 5 day early option so why didn't ya'll just use them for this service??? Cross River Bank has no way of us tracking our refund like Sbtpg does so something isn't right in my opinion!
