@billyraymay Don't worry about going off topic lol, you sound like me, you don't have that many people to talk to about this stuff. You sound like a great dad. I can't even imagine my husband ever telling anyone about a period, he would be so embarrassed! Single dad's really step it up, more than even single mom's in some ways in my opinion. I have 2 boys, 2 and a 7 month old so having a girl would be like a foreign language to me! I'm so used to rough and tough little boys, but I dread having "the talk" with them, I can't even begin to imagine what I'll say. Maybe by then they will have some kind of parent child class that explains it all to them haha. I'm same as you, I just want to go to the store and get my 2 year old some pj's that aren't tight on his toes, we just bought a new wardrobe at Xmas but got 2T and now he's hit a spurt and needs 3T... smh
😑 I do need to buy a car so we need a down payment for that, my car is a 2 door tiny accord and 2 babies one with a carseat going in and out just doesn't work. Plus it's the same car I've had for 12 years so it's about done for. We also have 3 payday loans I'm going to be so happy to pay off and never get again, hopefully with the raise my husband just got we won't need to but I don't care how desperate we get, NEVER AGAIN! I'm sure my husbands old school loan will take $1300 of it off the top, flipping obamacare penalty took $700, if we didn't have a good refund we wouldn't get anything back with everything that comes out the first day! I also have to get a new dryer. Other than that we are just going to save as much as possible so we can get ahead and stay ahead. Last year we went overboard buying stuff left and right and then went through $5,000 in a month. We definitely aren't doing that again. I've seen some people say wmr may update again today so we will see. I got kicked off of the website earlier for checking too often so I'm trying not to check for a while, I have to use my husbands social to check today since I used mine too much
