Problem with credit karma closing account after advance

Hi as well as others because I have researched this since January 25, 2024 have had a problem with credit karma and two expense account which is connected by you guys through the refinance Vance after my refund advance and filing my taxes via Vance was placed into the credit karma and to expand account and then for no reason at all the account was closed and they are stating due to me being contact in November 20 twenty3 to confirm my identity I do not think after this I will be filing taxes with TurboTax again due to this issue because now I am forced to wait
