Over 12 weeks and nothing from irs

I filed my taxes on February 5th. I calles ans spoke with someone weeks ago saying i was under a 60 day review, they wouldn't tell me why and i havent received any maip from them. I cant figure out how to talk to a person if its even possible right now.
