Out-of-state purchases Illinois. can't select 'no' after accidentally selecting 'yes.' How do I fix? already registered return and can't clear.

I'm trying to do my son's taxes for Illinois. I inadvertently selected "yes" to the question about out-of-state purchases. He didn't make any. Now TT won't let me go back and reselect "no." I've already registered the return and was just trying to doublecheck things so I can't start over. Help!

Try giving an amount (say $1) to get through the section and then see if you can return to delete it. Alternately, you could probably leave $1 on the return for purchases with little to no impact on the return itself.
