One of my foster kids was claimed for his mom. How i remove him?

I tried to finish my taxes and I don't know how to remove his name

In your open return, go to My Info in the left-side navigation. The Personal info Summary page will show your dependents. To remove a dependent, click the trash icon next to their name to delete it from your return.

Is there a way to recalculate my 2023 taxes? I claimed a tax credit that I was not supposed to claim. I would like to run the taxes again removing that credit.
