On my turbo tax profile it says my state tax return has been accepted. However, if I go to the NY tax website it says that they dont have any information about the refund

If your return has been accepted by New York State, then it is up to the state to issue the refund. TurboTax does not receive information on the current status of your return once accepted and are unsure of the reason for the delay. To get more information on your return, please contact the NYS Department of Taxation and Finance directly at 518-457-5181 between the hours of 8:30am through 4:30pm, eastern standard time.
