Why are you filing both a KY & OH return, especially if  you do not owe nor expect a refund?
Ohio & KY have  a reciprocal agreement, on wages.   No work  state taxes are withheld or due and you do not normally need to file a return for the work state.
If work state taxes are mistakenly withheld,  then you have to file a return, for the work state, to get a refund. Your resident state will not give you a credit.
