Noticed two letters where switched in last name on tax return papers how can I fix this since I already efiled

If your return is rejected for that reason you should be able to go to the fix this problem and it will take you right to the area that you need to correct.

You can't, unless the IRS rejects the return first. If the return is accepted, don't worry about it.
