No option for refund advance when i checkout

Did you have the option to have the advance??? 
First page after finishing taxes would be paint the fees then next page would be the option on how you want your refund (advance is in that lot)

I agree! Turbo tax slacked it this year. I've been with them for 8 years and this year this "refund advance" glitch has many of us on edge. You might want to dispute charges with your bank if Turbo keeps refusing to refund you.

I just filed today.Its the 31st. No option for advance. Extremely disappointed. That's the only reason I have used Turbo Tax. Definitely not using next year. I feel scammed. I also received the pre approved email.

There still isn’t an option, I am using the turbo tax website like I always do and I’ve tried on the app as well. I have the regular deposit selected but there’s no option for refund advance. I get it every year, I don’t understand the difference this year. No one from turbo tax seems to understand or know what is going on. See screenshot attached.

I know it is beyond frustrating. I’m looking for answers on fb and google and so many are saying the same thing. If I find something I’ll upload it here. I want to just put it through because days are going by, by not selecting an option but I keep having a little bit of hope from different people‘s pose that have been able to get through after they’ve gone back-and-forth. They cleared out their state and then started over. I’ve been seeing so many things and I honestly think it’s just luck of the draw, which is crap they really need to put some type of an update out there or say something cause it makes them look really bad.

I received the same email and filed taxes on 1/31 and did not give no option for a advanced refund

Yes, this is the year everyone needs to quit doing business with TurboTax. They make a lot of my by having us do our own taxes by enticing people to use their services by offering an advance and now this year they seem to be not offering it? Be done with terrible organization.

Just switch sites. They have no answers. The software they designed is glitched and they do not care to fix it, they just want to maximize the fees they can charge us. Time to move on from turbo tax, I’d suggest taxslayer, or Jackson Hewitt. Screw turbo tax

Yep, time for everyone collectively to wash hands of this terrible company and their stupid bs. “Wanna pay an extra $85 for audit protection?” Lol who here makes enough to worry about getting audited? Dumb ass snake of a company. I hope they are out of business in 5 years time.

With how many people don't have it, maybe the funds ran out early this year. It would only make sense. They DID have the option. Now they do NOT have the option.

Yes I’m having the same exact issue. Had CK 2 years now and got the advance last tax season and this year I wasn’t given the option. 
no idea why

I had the same issue. After speaking to customer service agent we finally figured out certain tax forms filed are not eligible for the refund advance. I had form 8862 which was one of several listed and has to do with claiming dependents. I have filed the same way every year and was always able to qualify. They must of changed the requirements. You can find what forms were filed on your return in the tools tab.

Same thing happened with me. Didn’t even give me the option. But click state review/review, and I had selected my CK account the 1st. It still showed that’s where the return was going to go. But select “Revisit” on the account you chose to get paid too. And there it was, the Advance and the 5 day early option. It worked for me
