I have to send my GA return in the mail. Do I send the whole pdf document or which pages do I need to print out

No. But each state will need a copy of your federal to go with each State. TurboTax should print out an extra copy of your Federal for each State you have.

You do not need to mail the entire PDF file.

When you print your Return to mail there will be an Instruction page at the beginning of your Georgia Return.

It will have what to include and where to mail your return.

You will need to include a copy of your Federal return with your State Return when you file by mail.
