"Net Tax" clarification

On my state return, Turbo Tax is asking for the "Net Tax from 2022 Tax Return." Not sure what line that is referring to?

• Tax liability before credits
• Tax after nonrefundable credits
• Total payments. Add lines 21, 22, and 23b, then subtract line 24.

"Net Tax" is referring to the tax that you actually paid.
