Need ohio 2018 filled out SD 100 Form. It wasn't printed at the print out session.

We are not required to pay school tax, but we're requested, each year, to submit a SD 100 form.

TurboTax (TT) does not automatically prepare a School District return, you must initiate it.

At the screen, in the Ohio program, titled  "A few things before we wrap up your state taxes"
      scroll down to School District taxes. 
Or later at the screen  "Your 2018 Ohio Taxes are ready for us to check"
    -Click Other situations
    -Scroll down to School District taxes.

Since we don't pay these school taxes, program obviously doesn't print form SD 100 for us.  We tried the suggestion, but the program just went to its next topic.

You will reach a screen that gives you the choice to include or exclude the SD return. Click include.
