It looks like you are using TurboTax premier. You should be able to by going into the section Looking for prior year returns? Click on Load my tax timeline to access prior year tax returns.

It should be that simple but another possible problem would be that you could have used a different email address to sign up for TurboTax in 2015 In that case you would probably need to find out if that is the cause of the problem. If neither of these options were helpful you may have to contact product support to sort it out.
