My wife received CP59 notice from IRS. We file jointly and my name is always listed first, so it is strange that I am not referenced anywhere in the notice to her.

My wife received CP59 notice from IRS. We file jointly and my name is always listed first, so it is strange that I am not referenced anywhere in the notice to her.

The IRS often sends a copy of a letter to each spouse when they file jointly. A similar letter may have been mailed to you. There could be a letter in the postal system for you in addition to the one addressed to your wife.
