If you are sure the 2018 AGI you entered was correct, try entering the number 0 for your AGI. This will often work when the IRS database does not show your actual AGI.

If that doesn't work to get your return accepted, you will have to print and mail it. You must do that yourself. TurboTax does not print and mail it for you. Use the filing instructions that print with your return for what to include and where to mail it.
