My stimulus money was deposited on to a lost turbotax debit card. When I tried calling the [phone number removed] number to cancel my card, i enter all of my other info correctly until i get to my birth date and it tells me it's not correct. I went into my turbotax account to correct it, but, it's entered correctly on the website and my tax forms. It's only entered wrong on the turbocard website. I can't even login to the turbocard website without the card number/ccv, which i don't know, since it's lost. I'm getting sent in a neverending circle of "call this number" or "try checking your account info" and it's very upsetting that I cannot get help and I know this isn't indicative of the turbotax experience. Without the card number/ccv, I literally cannot do anything. Please help? 🙂
