Go through your tax filing and see if you can answer yes to all the questions below:
Did you get a confirmation of the e-file?
Dose TT show your e-file accepted?
Is the bank information correct (routing and account number)?
If these are correct, follow up with IRS!
CALL THE IRS IMMEDIATELY, I KNOW YOU PROBABLY NO THIS BUT KEEP CALLING UNTIL YOU GET A HOLD OF SOMEONE AND JUST HOPE YOUR BANK JUST HASN'T POSTED IT YET.
