My refund was accepted on 3/1/19. It still has not been approved and I am concerned something is wrong with it.

Sometimes, acceptance to approval can take as much as 2-3 weeks. I would not be concerned at this point because, once approved, the refund will come quickly. If you haven't gotten your refund by the last week of March, then you might want to call the IRS. 800-829-1040
