My refund meter says my federal tax return was deposited on February 13th but it wasn’t. What do I do?

the refund meter is an inaccurate Turbotax marketing tool since Turbotax gets no info about refund status nor does it know if the IRS changes a refund into a balance due that can happen for a variety of reasons.  Turbotax uses 21 days the average time to make a refund according to the IRS. some get theirs in a week for others it's months.  Use the iRS refund tool.
