My ex let one her friends carry our child on his income tax.when I suppose to,I'm the father.what can I do?because his has to stop.

Is it illegal for anyone other then the parents to file a child that not theres on incometax?

One cannot just "let" someone else claim their child. The IRS rules must be followed.

Tax fraud is a crime.
