My 2019 amended return was not processed within 16 weeks of it being received. Status is no longer visible online. Can I get an advocate to help?

2019 amended return was received in August. Processing time elapsed in December 2019. Contacted support informed me that they would make a referral to the processing department and wait 30 days. Status of the return was no longer visible on the online website after that time. Can get an advocate to help resolve this?
