Missing FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS

After filing on the 17th of February, and waiting almost a month and a half- I received a deposit for ~7,500 dollars. My refund was supposed to be almost $13,000. That is an insane amount of money to be missing. I am beyond angry. Before you reply telling me reasons why the IRS would have changed my federal refund amount- know that the IRS has not reported any changes to my refund, and I am certain that this is the doing of the 3rd party bank used by TurboTax. I need answers as to where my 5 thousand dollars is or I will pursue legal action in whatever way possible. This has happened to many many people, and it is ABSURD. I have used Intuit’s services for years, and can not believe something this ridiculous is allowed to happen.
