If you were due a refund and did not receive, the best course of action is to contact the IRS and/or your state's department of revenue and speak to a tax representative there. They will be able to look at your taxpayer account and let you know if there were any adjustments that were made which would account for the difference.
Unfortunately once the returns are sent, neither the IRS nor the states provide Turbo Tax with any of that information, so we are not able to look and see what is going on.
