Last year I had my taxes done by somebody else. Can turbo tax amend 2015 taxes for me.

Last year I had my taxes done by a tax service in my area. They did not claim my child college credit, and possibly other things. Can turbo tax look at my last years tax return, and amend them.

No but you can not file an amend with us , but you can file using the irs website irs.gov.
