"Just one more step and we'll file your returns.."

I am trying to amend my taxes by updating my W-2 but it is perpetually stuck on "Just one more step and we'll file your returns. Step 1 and 2 say they are completed, but step 3 "Get ready to save and file your returns," says Start and I've gone through the steps 20 times, everything's exactly the same each time but then when I go to file it,  it brings me back to that same page saying "just one more step..." but it's the same thing every time. I am incredibly frustrated.

You do not amend a return my making changes to the return you've already filed.  Please do not make ANY changes to that return!  Amended returns are prepared using an entirely different form (1040-X).  Amended returns cannot be e-filed; they must be printed, signed and mailed.  See the TurboTax FAQ linked below for instructions on amending your 2019 tax return.  The instructions are quite specific, so follow them carefully.
