how do I go back to change my daughter‘s birthdate on my 2023 taxes

If you haven't filed your return yet, then you can change this in TurboTax Online:

1. Open TurboTax Online
2. Select Tax Home in the left pane
3. On the Hi, let's keep working on your taxes! screen, select the dropdown on the right side of the Personal Info box, then select Continue 
4. On the Personal info summary screen, select Edit to the right of your daughter's name
5. Answer appropriately on the What is [your daughter's] relationship to you? screen, then select Continue
6. Change your daughter's information in the Date of birth box, then select Continue
7. Enter any appropriate information on the following screens

If you've already filed your return, you can't edit this information.  However, the IRS will have your daughter's information in its database.
