If the IRS does not have your return on file and you have a copy, just print and mail a copy to the IRS. You can also create an IRS Online Account to keep track of activity on your account.

On my turbo tax profile it says my state tax return has been accepted. However, if I go to the NY tax website it says that they dont have any information about the refund
