It appears my FED Return processed correctly, but most of my State tax return is missing, it was already submitted and accepted ? What can I do about this ?

Where do you see that part of your state tax return is missing? Exactly what is missing from it?

Since the state tax return was accepted, it's probably okay. In any case there's nothing you can do about it now except wait to see if you get a letter from the state about something missing.
