Is there a charge to amend 2019?

Nope.  No charge for amending a return prepared using TurboTax.  Here are instructions; follow them carefully.

I filed online Deluxe and it will not let me print my amendment without paying another $60.  It says "I agreed to pay".  I don't recall agreeing to any such thing, I thought there was no charge to amend using Deluxe...

@Su8 HOW did you amend your return?  You should make no changes to the return you've already filed and had accepted by the IRS.  An amended return uses an entirely different form, (1040-X) to make changes or corrections to a return you've already filed.  Additionally, an amended return cannot be e-filed.  It must be printed, signed and mailed.  I'm linking instructions for amending a 2019 return below.  The instructions are very specific, and must be followed carefully.  Again, there is no charge to amend a TurboTax return.
