Updated 2/15/18:

TurboTax does not routinely offer refund loans. They are testing cash advances on a debit card this year, but the test is only available in 15 states, only available to users of TurboTax online, only available on certain dates, and you must meet other qualifications. If you are eligible for the cash advance offer, you will see it during checkout.

Yes, Depending on your state and other requirements. While completing your taxes with TurboTax®, you may have the opportunity to apply for a cash advance provided by First Century Bank, N.A. Member FDIC1 on aTurboSM Prepaid Visa® Card issued by Green Dot Bank, Member FDIC. If eligible and approved for the loan, you will receive a no-interest loan equal to a portion of your refund in one of four amounts: $250, $500, $750, or $1,000. This offer is available for a limited time only.
