Is everybody receiving a deposit recently from TPG? I wasn’t looking for one because I already received my refund months ago as guy I know told me he just got a deposit??

No, everybody does not get a deposit from TPG. 

TPG (Santa Barbara Tax Products Group) comes into play when a filer chooses to pay their TurboTax fees out of their Federal refund.   For those people, the IRS sends the refund deposit to TPG, an intermediary company who takes out the fees.  Then TPG's bank sends the rest of the funds to the filer's bank/card account.   If you paid your TurboTax product fees upfront with credit/debit card, then that does not involve TPG.
