IRS tool shows my return still being processes even after over 30 days have past. Should I call IRS or turbotax? I used audit protection.

I E filed on march 7th, and turbotax states that the IRS had accepted my tax return but, on the IRS where is my refund tool it states "processing" with no other information available.  Its bem over 30 days now.

Neither.  Audit Protection doesn't kick in unless/until you get an actual Audit letter from the governement.

The IRS is just seriously backlogged due to all the new tax laws and extra stimulus filings, as well as unprocessed 2019 returns left over from the COVID shutdown. Contacting the IRS will not speed things up.  Lots of other folks are still waiting, so please continue to be patient.  Also see:
