IRS says they didn't receive a return for my 2022 taxes

I've been using Turbo Tax for years. This is the first time there has been a problem.

The IRS sent me a letter stating that although they received the taxes that I owed they didn't receive a return for 2022. According to Turbo Tax they did receive the return. Right now the IRS is asking for a paper return or the money I sent them goes away...

Where are you seeing that, or did you recently phone TurboTax Support?

After you efiled the 2022 return, did you get an initial email that the return was transmitted, then another email later saying if it was accepted for processing by the IRS?

Did you use Online TurboTax or desktop TurboTax? If you used Online TurboTax, we can tell you how to find the 2022 return PDF, and in your online account it should also show if it was accepted, rejected, printed, started, etc.
