Information

I filed my taxes April 5th 2018 and I still haven't got my refund I was told I had to wait 60 days because I was under review it's been over 60 days and I called and talked to the IRS and they told me that I had to wait another 60 days. has anyone else ever had this problem if so I would like to know what's going on?
