IN tax payment

I entered my bank account information to pay my IN taxes but then Turbo Tax told me to print and mail "post filing coupon'? Is this correct? And on the Electronic Filing Instructions it says Sign and date IT-8453-OL within 1 day of acceptance but that form is watermarked Do Not Mail. Which is it?
