Im trying to print out my 2017 tax return but it say cannot be printed at this time why is it saying that and can you help me so i can print it out

You will not be able to print a copy of your 2017 tax return to mail in or for your own records until you have paid your TurboTax Online fees. You'll need access to a printer and Adobe Reader installed on your device.
