If there are extra fees taken out of my refund than what was stated, why? How do I access my fee break down when I can't even get to tools in my account?

If you selected to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund by using the Refund Processing Service to pay your TurboTax Online fees, your TurboTax fee plus the additional processing fee for this service is deducted from your federal tax refund. There is an additional charge for state returns as well.
