Do you have a TurboTax Online account?

We'll help you get started or pick up where you left off.

If my status reads as accepted on the turbotax website, should I disregard the letter I received saying that my refund was was not accepted from Turbotax?

My refund was rejected at first, but accepted after correcting on 4/15/23. I later received a Turbo Tax letter dated 4/17/23 saying that my refund was not accepted. Should I trust the status on the website over the letter.

Yes, you can disregard the letter and rely on the status on the TurboTax website.  The letter was automatically triggered by the earlier rejection.

You should be able to track your refund status on the IRS site soon: Where's My Refund?
