If I paid the money. I owed the IRS through TurboTax and their records indicate it was accepted. The IRS sent me a notice telling me it was unpaid?

How do I convince the IRS the money was paid to TurboTax

There is no way to pay income taxes through Turbotax.  Accepted only means the IRS got the return and nothing on the initial processing indicated it should be rejected. At best you could select direct debit by providing bank account info, but Turbotax does not handle the payment. It's strictly between you, your bank and the iRS.  If payment was made, then you should be able to find proof that the funds were taken by checking the statements for the account. If you did not select direct debit then th only ways you could pay are

1) send in payment with 1040V

3) use the IRS payment website to select a payment method such as a bank account, debit or credit card.
