If I get an error that says on the Federal Information Wks that spouse could be claimed as a dependent of another, how can I change this?

I have double and triple checked and the box is not checked to say that my spouse could be claimed as a dependent of another. How do I move forward?

Here’s how to update this in TurboTax Online:

1. Select Tax Home in the left pane
2. Select My Info 
3. Select Edit next to your spouse's name
4. On the Your spouse's personal info screen, scroll down and answer No to Another taxpayer can claim my spouse as a dependent on their tax return
5. Select Continue

If you're in the Desktop version, the process is similar:

1. Select PERSONAL INFO in the banner
2. Select Continue
3. Select Edit next to your spouse's name
4. Select Continue on the [Your spouse's] Info screen
5. On the Do Any of These Apply to [your spouse] screen, scroll down and unselect the box next to Another taxpayer can claim [your spouse] as a dependent on their tax return
6. Select Continue
