If I filed my taxes January 20th 2017 and my federal was accepted January 22nd why have I not received?

If I filed my taxes January 20th 2017 and my federal was accepted January 22nd why have I not received?

The IRS just officially started processing on Jan 29, and has said to allow 21 days.
