If I file an amended return on Turbo Tax and now owe taxes what do I need to mail with my repayment check?

I omitted a 1099-R and initially received a refund. I now need to repay that along with additional taxes owed.

When you print your amended return you should receive directions for what to include with your payment. You would include the 1040X and a copy of the 1099-R form that supports the changes. 

If you e-filed your 1040X (although you should wait until the original is fully processed), you could pay directly on the IRS website and avoid mailing anything.
