I go to the WMR site and it says We can not provide any info about your refund. To call IRS and give Ref# 9001 what does this mean

Mine says take action code 1541, guess I'll be giving them a call Monday.

I've been on the 9001 message for a couple of weeks, and I finally updated today to the Path message. So hopefully after the 15th I'll update to a DDD.

I’ve been on 9001 code for two weeks also but I didn’t claim any of those credits besides a school credit. Last year I didn’t have this problem at all.

Yes I looked the code up, but I'm still confused about it though. I've never went through this before it's worrying me. I hate to even call the IRS again about this code, because they've been known to give different reasons. And the more you call the more it takes them to process it I really just want to wait and see if I get a letter.
