I went through the 2018 amend process but my state return changed a bit without reflecting in the SW last year. How do I amend a changed state return for 2018?

I missed some documents last year with the state and resulted in paying an extra $50 after the state return. But this didn't get changed in the SW. I just mailed CO state the check for $50.  But now I need to amend an 1099-B that didn't get reported last year. I followed the steps to 2018 amend in the SW but it doesn't have the changed for the $50 extra that I owed last year and already paid.  Do I need to report that $50 change again and then amend this 1099-B, too? If yes, it shows that I owe another $50. But I already paid the $50 off last year.
