If your debit card has both a routing number and account number, yes you can. In the TurboTax program you would enter the information as a direct deposit. When asked "How do you want your refund?", you would select Direct Deposit and then enter the routing number and account number. Then your refund will go directly to the debit card.

If you are unsure if your debit card has an account number and routing number, you can contact your card issuer to verify.
