I verified my identity on 2/25 and to is 3/4 and my stays on wmr still says they cannot provide any info. What's going on? Shouldn't my status have updated by now?

No. It can take up to 9 weeks (although it may not take that long) to release your refund after verifying your identity. So, it is normal that you would not see any update on Where's My Refund yet.
