I tried to efile yesterday and was unable to. After a lot of jumping through hoops I was finally able to submit my taxes but couldn't pay. Turbotax.com had me mail it?

I would like my $79.99 back because it was an error on turbotax.com parts.  You had a glitch in your system. So I had to leave my warm comfortable home to drive to the airport post office to mail in my check.  Can I get my money back?

Your question went to the Turbotax user forums; I'm an innocent bystander who knows no more about dealing with Turbotax than you do. Better contact their customer service. Good luck!
