I tried to change my direct deposit info. but it is not working. is something wrong with intuit?

trying to change direct deposit information and have followed instructions but its not working. help.

You don't specify what steps you've taken, but hopefully this will work for you. See the TurboTax Help article Where do I enter my bank's routing or account number? for guidance.

If you've already filed your return, no changes can be made. Your refund method can't be changed after filing.
